22 Oct Actor Headshots with Alex Friesen
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Peterborough-based actor Alex Friesen for a new set of professional headshots. Represented by Lisa from The Meus Talent Agency, Alex brought such a calm and kind energy to the session—it made the entire shoot feel easy and grounded from start to finish.
Alex has been acting since he was just five years old, and his comfort in front of the camera really shows. He knows how to bring subtle shifts in expression that make a big impact, which is exactly what makes a strong actor headshot stand out.
While we worked through different wardrobe options and lighting setups, we also had some great conversations. I especially enjoyed hearing about his family trips to Denmark—his stories added such a personal layer to the session and reminded me of how much I enjoy connecting with the people I photograph.
Currently studying in Peterborough while continuing to pursue acting, Alex is clearly dedicated to his craft, and I have no doubt his passion and natural talent will take him far.
